Ryan has nearly ten years of experience in the financial services industry, beginning his career in 2009 with Fidelity Investments, where he partnered with financial advisors across the country to help them plan for their clients while also teaching continuing education courses, providing solutions for client specific needs, and presenting at conferences on the critical components of retirement income planning. He returned to New England in 2018 with Lincoln Financial to help local advisors in the same capacity. But a passion for planning led Ryan to NPA where he would have the opportunity to work with and assist clients directly. Ryan holds his Series 7, 63 and 66 licenses through LPL Financial and also maintains a Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation that he earned at the Wharton School of Business at Pennsylvania. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Bryant University in 2009, also double minoring in psychology and communication. Ryan and his wife, Ashley, reside in Nashua, NH with their son, Beau, and their bulldog, Luciana. When he’s not working with clients, Ryan enjoys spending quality time with family, attending meetings of the Nashua Lions Club, cooking, watching football and sneaking in the occasional round of golf. She performs a variety of administrative duties and support for Ryan. Doughty, CFP®, CIMA® joined Northeast Planning Associates in 2013 after five years supporting successful financial advisors in Massachusetts and Florida. He brings great knowledge and a thorough understanding of both the financial services industry and the challenges advisors face. Andrew provides technical support and financial planning services to the firm.Prior to joining NPA, Andrew served as a paraplanner to a large Ameriprise Financial office in Orlando, FL, where he provided day-to- day service to the practice’s top clients, while also driving the investment due diligence process, wholesaler interaction and financial planning support. He started his career in the financial services industry as an analyst with an independent financial planning firm in Massachusetts. He earned his BA in Finance from Gordon College in Wenham, MA.Andrew resides in Concord, NH with his wife, Chelsea, and their rescued dachshund, Penny. Matthew H. Eaton, CLU, ChFC, CFP® Director of Case Development (603) 471-0900 Matthew H. Eaton, CLU, ChFC, CFP®, has been with Northeast Planning Associates for more than 30 years, joining NPA in 1980. During his tenure with NPA, Matt helped develop a sophisticated retirement distribution and asset allocation model incorporated into a recognized financial planning software programs. In his role as Director of Case Development, Matt assists our clients with estate and charitable planning, business succession planning, and executive benefits. Prior to joining NPA, Matt served as Chief Operating Officer for Micree Corporation and was a 1st Lieutenant in the United States Army. He is the Former President of the New Hampshire Society of Financial Service Professionals; Former President of the New Hampshire Chapter of the Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors; and Former President of the Nashua Chapter of the Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. He is Series 6, 7, and 65 registered with LPL Financial. Matt earned a BS degree at the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY. Matt resides in Nottingham, NH with his wife Seonaid. They have three adult children and one grandchild.
